Our work together starts with a text, email, or intake form completed by you. I will reach out to you within 24-48 hours, we'll introduce ourselves and iron out details such as scheduling and insurance/payment. We will then set up an initial appointment through my secure (HIPAA compliant) telehealth portal.

1. Set goals

You and I will work together to identify goals you want to work towards. Maybe there is a life transition taking place or a traumatic event that you're navigating. Whatever your situation, we can work together to set long and short term goals for your future.

2. Start building

Depending on your needs, we may integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Art Therapy, Adlerian theory, or a number of other evidence-based techniques.
Your therapy should be as unique as your journey.

3. Pause and reflect

You and I will periodically reflect on our work together in order to evaluate if any goals need tweaking or have already been reached. Everyone is different, but we'll be sure to find a fit that feels right for you and your goals.

If you are considering therapy, we encourage you to reach out – either by phone or email. Once you come in for therapy, we will work with you over the first few sessions to create treatment goals and a plan that is best for you.
